Celebrate Passover with the women of Temple Israel. Our cherished tradition always includes delicious food, fantastic company, and a thought-provoking Seder experience.

This service is for Temple members who have lost loved ones since the previous Passover. In the Yizkor service, we each take turns saying the name of our loved one(s) and perhaps sharing a memory of them if we are able. This service provides a sense of kinship and comfort at being together with those whose loss still feels so unimaginable. No RSVP required.

As a teen, TI member Gene Litvin and his family emigrated from the Soviet Union to flee religious oppression. Knowing firsthand the struggles refugees face, he felt compelled to launch a fundraising campaign to purchase necessities and supplies and travel to the Poland-Ukraine border to serve others fleeing their beloved homeland. At this Shabbat service led by Rabbi Shook, Gene will tell his story and share how we can best support Ukrainian refugees in their time of crisis.
