Dearest Temple Israel and Education Center friends and family,

As your Rabbis, one of our favorite parts of the job is learning your reasons for choosing TI. Your answers are as unique as you are, and we love hearing about the diverse path that brought you to us. We have members who've been here for generations and can trace their ancestors on the Confirmation wall; we have others who've chosen Judaism only recently and discovered TI as the perfect place to call home; we have some with children who started preschool at DECC and found community; and we have others who've come to TI for the learning, for the music, or for the values. For all your reasons for choosing us, we're so glad you're here!

Temple Israel is here for you. That's not just our tagline, that's a promise we've made to this community for more than 137 years.

We're here for your best days, for each of life's milestones, and many, many celebrations. We're here for the worst days - the inevitable ones filled with fear, sadness, or loss. It's our honor to be here for you on those occasions and for every moment in between.

Today we're asking you to help us be here for this community, too. Membership dues and school tuition only account for a percentage of the funds needed to serve our incredible congregation, and this annual appeal is your opportunity to give back during the High Holy Days.
