Sponsoring Onegs, Food Baskets, Security, and Dedicating Bimah Flowers

Celebrating community is one of TI's greatest priorities.

We come together to worship during Shabbat services on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings; we celebrate together immediately following. Dedication sponsorships surrounding these times are a great way to honor or pay tribute to loved ones and friends or simply support our congregation.

SPONSORED ONEGS

Sponsoring an Oneg for Friday Shabbat services brings the community together to honor and celebrate special events in our members' lives.
To sponsor an Oneg
, please fill out the payment form below, or contact Catering Manager, Debbie Jennings, at djennings@ti-stl.org or by phone at 314-432-8050.

BIMAH FLOWERS & FOOD BASKETS
The gift of flowers or food baskets to decorate the bimah is a meaningful way to remember a loved one, honor a bar or bat mitzvah or commemorate a wedding, anniversary, birthday or other notable event.
In addition, your generous contribution enhances the beauty and spirituality of our sanctuary throughout the year.

Bimah Flowers
To sponsor Bimah flowers by making a donation to the Shirley Post Floral Fund using the payment form below, or by contacting Martina Stern, Special Events Manager, at 314-432-8050 x 233.

Food Baskets
During COVID-19, Temple Israel is offering a special tzedakah opportunity to contribute toward  food items for those in need. You can make a contribution in increments of $36, which TI will disperse to affiliated organizations that need support. These dollars will help impact our friends at Monroe Elementary School in St. Louis City, the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry, and others that need food security during the pandemic. All donors will be recognized in Temple publications and a Food Basket representing your generous donation will be placed on the Bimah for all to see during live streaming Shabbat services. Please fill out the form below or contact Martina Stern, Special Events Manager, at 314-432-8050 x 233.

SHABBAT SECURITY
Though we hire trained security professionals at every Shabbat service for the safety and peace of mind of our members and guests, security sponsorships help us to offset our costs. All Shabbat service security sponsors will be recognized in our Dateline bulletin. To sponsor Shabbat security, please fill out the third section in the form below or contact Martina Stern, Special Events Manager, at 314-432-8050 x 233.

All sponsorships are noted in the Shabbat leaflet and monthly Dateline bulletin.
