Scrip & Gift Card Scrip Stories
Here are some unique ways to use the Scrip & Gift Card Program:
JoAnne's family shops at Kohl's regularly, but she needs to be sure she can use those coupons! Our Kohls cards can be used to pay your Kohls credit card bill at the courtesy desk, so every month JoAnne emails our scrip coordinator how much she needs to pay her bill, and in just a few hours she has an e-card in her email to pay at the store. Win-win!
Judy loves to surprise her family members with gifts! Since they live so far away, Target gift cards are perfect. Judy has a standing order with us that we send her each month, and then she sends cards along as surprises to her loved ones, spreading cheer and benefiting the Temple.
Jeremy's office was buying gift cards for end-of-year bonuses, and he opted to purchase them from us instead of going to the store. Visa gift cards make great gifts, and ours come with no activation fees!
Drew was on vacation with his family and decided he needed some new clothes. His aunt had PrestoPay installed on her phone, and was able to buy a gift card right at the checkout at the Children’s Place Outlet in Branson. With all that good he was doing, he couldn’t help but pick out a few additional outfits.
Ethan and Tyler's family hired Panera to cater the boys B’nai Mitzvah luncheon. They purchased gift cards to Panera through our program in order to pay the bill and benefit Temple Israel at the same time.
So many families have used gift cards to book their American, Delta, and Southwest airline tickets. Whether traveling for a work trip or a fun getaway, each ticket purchased benefits the Temple. We’ve even had families pay for their summer vacations at Big Cedar Lodge and Jellystone Campgrounds.
