Shabbat worship services takes place on Friday evenings. We offer a variety of worship experiences for all ages.
Complimentary child care is available for all Friday evening services, with the exclusion of services that fall on a holiday weekend.

First Fridays of the month are for families

Tot Shabbat
5:45 pm - Pre-selected dates throughout the school year
Families with young children (birth-early primary) are invited to celebrate Shabbat with Rabbi Amy, Rabbi Michael, Miss Leslie, and our Deutsch Early Childhood Center families. We usher in Shabbat with songs and blessings. Afterwards, there’s wine and appetizers for the grown-ups and dinner for the kids. Another worship service follows at 6:30 for those who wish to attend, and the kids are always welcome to go to babysitting!

Family Shabbat
6:30 pm - First Friday of every month, year round
This Shabbat service is very musical, with upbeat songs that are easy to learn and even easier to sing. This service is a bit shorter than a traditional Friday night, and the Rabbis share a story or interactive discussion to keep younger attendees engaged. This is a great service for families with children in grades K-12, and we often invite students to help lead prayers on the bimah if they’re comfortable doing so.
