Shabbat with Cantor Natalie Young

Join us for a special Shabbat B'Shir, service in song, on Friday, Feb. 13, at 6:30 p.m., as we welcome special guest Cantor Natalie Young. Come early at 6 p.m. for appetizers, wine and shmoozing at our Pre-Oneg Shabbat. The service will take place in our beautiful newly-renovated Gall Family Sanctuary.

ShirLaLa Live in Concert

Shira Kline (aka ShirLaLa) will present a special Presidents' Day concert for preschool-age children and their families on Monday, Feb. 16, at 10 a.m. in the Gall Family Sanctuary.

Admission is $10 for adults ($8 with a donation of non-perishable food for the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry) and FREE for kids 12 and younger.

Malachi Award Presented to Sister Carla Mae Streeter

Sister Carla Mae Streeter, professor emerita of systematic theology and spirituality at Aquinas Institute of Theology, was presented with Temple Israel’s Malachi Award for Interfaith Relations and Understanding during a special Shabbat service on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015.  She was selected for this honor by an independent panel of leaders and representatives from a broad spectrum of faith communities.
