We've belonged to Temple Israel since our children were very young. We like the comfort of being with friends, the satisfaction of passing down traditions to our children and grandchildren and the compassion and intuition of our Rabbi.

The congregation is great because there's something for everyone. From lectures to Hebrew classes to group retreats, there are numerous programs to fit every stage of your life. Temple Israel has it all.
Now that our children are grown, we have the time and freedom to get more involved. The temple offers so many opportunities. We're involved with the Food Pantry Program and working to expand the Shofar Society. We want to make sure the congregation can sustain its policy of welcoming everyone, regardless of financial status.
Keeping our Temple alive and vibrant is very important. It has so much to offer to us and future generations. We've made a personal commitment to get more involved. We see that there's always a need for extra hands and ideas. Whatever our interests, we can find places to contribute. We really hope others will feel the same way.
People shouldn't wait to be called. The time to come home to the Temple is now.
