Establish a Perpetual Memorial

Names are our immortality. 
As a community, it's important to read, say, and hear the names of loved ones who've passed, together, to support one another in times of grief and mourning, and to never forget those who paved the way so that we could carry on our most precious Jewish traditions.

If you'd like your loved one's name remembered by the congregation in perpetuity, please fill out the form below.

BASIC INFORMATION


 

 MEMORIAL TYPE 

Perpetual Memorial
A Perpetual Memorial donation ensures that the name(s) of your loved ones will be maintained in the memory of the congregation via the temple's Memorial Book and will be remembered at their yahrzeit every year. Names will also be featured on our beautiful illuminated display outside of the Gall Family Sanctuary, as well as featured annually in our Dateline bulletin and Book of RemembranceA minimum donation of $1,000 is required.

 
Perpetual Memorial with Wall of Honor Plaque
Some congregants choose to enhance their perpetual memorial gift with an additional plaque on the Temple's Wall of Honor. The Wall of Honor is located in the Kriegshaber Foyer opposite the main entrance to the sanctuary and is a permanent and integral part of the foyer. A minimum donation of $5,000 is required.
